In an unexpected turn of events, RealTrends rankings were revised today and I am honored to be ranked #99 nationwide!

I am truly humbled and grateful to share the news of achieving this honorable ranking. This accomplishment would not have been possible without your unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me. Each one of you has played a significant role in this journey, and I am deeply thankful for your contributions.

To my clients, thank you for your trust and loyalty. To my friends and family, your constant encouragement has been my foundation. To my colleagues and staff, your dedication and teamwork have been instrumental in reaching this milestone.

This achievement is as much yours as it is mine. Thank you for being an essential part of this success.

Note to Sellers: Several homes that were listed in Danville, Alamo, and Diablo since the beginning of May are still available and averaging 17 days on the market. If your home is listed and doesn’t sell in a week or two, there is no need to panic. The market is constantly changing and therefore, you need to be adjusting with the market conditions. Changes in demand, interest rates, and inventory can all impact your home. There are some homes that sell quickly, but this type of situation is very property dependent. However, as consumers, we see these homes and tend to assume that it is the norm, but as I always say, each home and transaction is a unique experience. As a seller, keep an open mind and be willing to discuss price improvements and adjustments to keep the buyer market engaged.
