Going the Extra Mile
Working with a seasoned agent is invaluable because they bring years of experience and a wide range of expertise to the table, guiding you through every step of the process. From market analysis to pricing strategy, an experienced agent ensures that no detail is overlooked. Recently, I supported a client in preparing their home for sale by coordinating tasks such as painting, handywork, staging, and lawn care. These improvements can significantly impact the home’s presentation, making it appealing to the broadest range of potential buyers. When combined with professional photography and write-up by a professional journalist, I can ensure that a home really stands out in a competitive market.
While many real estate agents have access to a network of vendors and can assist with minor updates, the true value lies in my experience and skill in managing these relationships effectively. Coordinating multiple vendors and bids requires more than just a list of contacts—it demands practice and a deep understanding of each vendor’s strengths and reliability. My experience ensures that clients receive the best service by meticulously overseeing each repair and update, making sure that all work is completed timely, accurately, and to the highest standards. This careful management not only enhances the property’s appeal, but also provides clients with confidence that their investment is in capable hands.
Also, the upgrades to the home were completed with the money that was fronted by the Concierge Program. If you want to learn more about this exclusive program, please reach out to me.

It was truly an honor to attend the Home of Hope event last weekend and contribute to such a meaningful cause. I feel extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to donate $10,000 in support of the incredible work this organization is doing to provide resources to those in need. Being part of an event that is making such a positive impact on the lives of many is something I deeply value, and I am grateful for the chance to contribute to their mission.
We hosted a lovely twilight tour event at 1121 Eagle Nest Ct. in Blackhawk, inviting local agents to come preview this stunning property. Although the day was warmer, the evening couldn’t have been more perfect, with the backyard serving as the ideal gathering space. Agents mingled under the pavilion, enjoyed refreshments by the sparkling pool, and took in the gorgeous views of the golf course as the sun set. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful outdoor setting created an inviting space that showcased the home’s true charm and appeal, making it a memorable evening for all who attended.

Housing costs represent the biggest portion of most of our budgets. They also represent almost a quarter of the increased cost of the American Dream in the past decade, or $25,104…..up almost DOUBLE in 10 years. Over the past decade, the American Dream now costs 36% more, or an additional $47,000. The good news: The median household income has grown 46%, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The bad news: Only about 1 in 8 households earned enough 10 years ago to pay for the dream, according to Census Bureau estimates and that ratio hasn’t significantly changed. The one area where prices have not gone up much? Clothing. (not Hèrmes, though!) (USA TODAY)

September, the ninth month of the year, is rich with history and fun facts: It’s the only month with the same number of letters in its name as its position in the calendar. September marks the start of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere, bringing cooler weather and vibrant fall foliage, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it heralds the beginning of spring. The month was originally the seventh in the Roman calendar, which is why its name is derived from “septem,” the Latin word for seven. Also, September is the most common birth month, making it a time of numerous birthdays! The month is known for several global events, including International Literacy Day on September 8 and World Peace Day on September 21. Additionally, September’s birthstone is the sapphire, symbolizing wisdom and serenity.
