The US 10-year treasury dipped to around 4.17%…..and the DOW hit new records yesterday almost 41,000…..and the NASDAQ over 18,500….WOW! Almost every American benefits by strong markets as states and local governments, pension, retirement and other public funds are all invested in the markets.
