While the world remains obsessed with Miami and Palm Beach, on the other side of Florida on the Gulf Coast, Naples has become a destination in super-high demand with home prices soaring. This beautiful area is quite gorgeous and worthy of closer inspection. I have visited multiple times and loved it! So too does the Wall Street Journal who just featured the Naples area a HUGE article!

Cultural Attractions are good for commerce, and real estate! One of my favorite Texans – Kelly Clarkson – is moving to New York City! Not unlike many who come to New York, Broadway may be the biggest draw: yup, Kelly says she is working on writing a musical! Broadway shows attract over 12 million people per year, a huge driver of the NYC economy adding almost $15 billion to its economy and approaching 100,000 jobs. COVID hit this industry hard. I attended “Good Night, Oscar” the other night and the quality was truly world-class!

No matter how much money is invested in the initial design and build, gardens need years of care and attention to thrive. Small, immature plants need help establishing. Enthusiastic self-seeders must be kept in check. Many larger plants need pruning and shaping. Well-balanced ecosystems require intervention. Planting needs to be reviewed, edited, and added to.
